About me

👨‍💻 Design experience
I’m a design thinking leader with 20 years experience in creating strategies, concepts, and designs for consumer tech products. I have experience in growing and leading design teams and oversee work using a mix of creativity, strategy, process, passion and political skills to create innovative products that meet user and business needs.

🏅 Products and achievements
I’ve set creative direction for the redesigns of Tele2 and Com Hem e-commerce experiences, defined the visual style at Viaplay as part of the product design team. Re-designed the award winning SVT News app. I’ve also set creative direction and led the team that redesigned the Comhem Play brand, purchase flows and the new product experience.

At Aftonbladet Online I led two large redesigns of the main web site and the feature magazine site redesigns. The highlights were Society for News Design award winning fashion site Sofis Mode and Aftonbladet Tv.

Today I lead the Product Design team at Readly with the mission to create awesome product experiences.

I enjoy facilitating creativity that both meet customer and business needs. I have many years experience of integrating user testing in product discovery. I’m also confident in leading workshops for designers as well as across functions.

Working many years as a hands-on designer I have deep knowledge about what it takes to define and create products users love. Balancing an experimental approach iterating fast to learn with crafting all aspects of a great user experince.

To make designers stay motivated, I clarify roles and expectations early. Articulating what skills are needed and how to grow into more responsibilities. To provide helpful craft feedback I stay engaged, bounce ideas and review work together continuously.
